My COVID project, Songs for Girl Guides & Girl Scouts, resulted in what is, I think, the world's largest online repository of Guide song recordings.

Through the process I discovered Mary Chater MBE, a prolific composer and editor of Girl Guide songbooks. There was nothing about her online, so I set about researching and publishing her biography on Wikipedia. As of September 2025, I have written 125 articles.
